Vail’s neighborhoods are the lifeblood of the community. Residents enjoy nearby parks, trails, rec paths, streams and other amenities with most of these areas serviced by the free bus system.

Short-Term Rental Regulations
If you are interested in renting your property for periods of less than 30 consecutive days, you qualify as operating short-term rental lodging within the Town of Vail.
