A Vail sales tax license is required when a person is engaged in business within the town and selling retail, tangible personal property, or services that are taxable. There is no charge or expiry of the license and the town does not offer a vendors fee. Please visit the below link to apply for a sales tax license and account. 

A Vail business license is required when a person is engaged in any business activity on premises within the town. The license must be renewed annually and expires 12/31 of each calendar year. A list of fees is found within Town Code, 4-1-4. Please visit the below link to apply for a business license and account. A sales tax license will be automatically assigned as needed.
