Approving the revised Title VI Compliance Plan for the Town of Vail Transit Operations
Town of Vail Bus Information
The Town of Vail Transit Department provides free year-round bus service throughout Vail.
In fact, the town's bus service is considered to be among the largest free transportation systems in the country offering its residents and guests timely service to and from Vail Mountain and throughout town.
Vail also provides real time bus locations, arrival predictions, service alerts and crowding levels to passengers throughout town. LED signs located through out Vail Village, Lionshead, and select bus stops in the outlying neighborhoods show arrival predictions and service alerts. QR codes are posted at each outlying bus stop that direct passengers to real time information.
Additionally, regional bus service with modest fares is provided daily by ECO Transit with service to Vail, Leadville, Minturn, Eagle-Vail, Avon, Edwards, Eagle and Gypsum. Schedule information can be found at www.eaglecounty.us/Transit/Schedules or download the app at transithub.com.
Enjoy your trip to Vail completely car-free by using transit options such as Bustang or Pegasus, which can take you from Denver Union Station or the Federal Center directly to the Vail Transportation Center.
