HOW IT WORKS

If you are ready to get started booking your event at the Donovan Pavilion we have a few options for you to contact us. You can submit this form or give us a call by phone.

  • Or submit our online event availability request form below.

Once you have chosen the date you would like to potentially book, we will email you a client questionnaire, asking for basic event information. Then we will email you the contract, in which you will have two weeks to return the signed contract and deposit, which is 50% of the usage fee plus the $500 damage deposit.

Please note that no dates are 100% confirmed until a contract and deposit have been provided.
